Needed to get healthier after a blood pressure scare in November 2017. Picked up weights in January 2018 and haven’t looked back. Currently down 60lbs and 36”.

I really love the ability to track my workouts and see lbs lifted total. Motivates me to keep pushing. Plus it’s a huge help seeing others exercises posted and interacting with like minded folks here.
