I had worked out when I was younger, then I got married and had 2 kids. Next thing I know I was over 400 lbs! This year my new years resolution was to stop drinking soda, and when I was successful at that, I decided I'm going to get back to my fighting weight. I started Keto on Feb 7, and am enjoying it so far. Once I get down to my desired weight I'm going to hit the weights.
