I seemed to always be the girl who had to watch what she ate in order not to become VERY fat. I was always a bit on the "chubby" side even though I was athletic. In my 20's due to some poor lifestyle choices my weight skyrocketed up 175lbs!! I earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and I was overweight....and this was embarrassing. After meeting my husband, getting my lifestyle squared away and being introduced to strength training, I finally started to get healthy. As my strength increased so did my self esteem. Bodybuilding has helped me to lose about 60lbs of fat and feel physically and mentally stronger than ever before!
I love everything about bodybuilding and being fit. It has helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is so exciting to set goals and achieve them over and over again. It helps me to believe ANYTHING is possible.
