I have always been overweight hell I was 10lbs. at birth, but ever since I saw the Incredible Hulk as a kid I wanted muscles.
I started working out during P.E. in 7th grade and truly feel in love with the iron but never followed a workout plan away from school.
By my freshman year I was 245lbs and wearing a 40 inch waist in pants. It wasn't till after my sophmore year when I could drive that I got a gym membership and managed to lose 30lbs during the summer.
I managed to keep the weight off my juinor year and then I started dating my wife and slacked off on working out and eating to much rice and gravy at her moms house, so be the end of my senoir year I was 245lbs but had some muscle to go along with it.
A year after I graduated I managed to lose the 45lbs although not the healthist way but I keep reading anything on diet and fitness.
In that time I was certifed through ISSA as a personal trainer, I didn't keep up my ***** because in the early 90's there were not many gyms or clubs in my area, but I do love helping people any chance I get.
Through out the 90's my weight would go up and down.
In 2001 I finally relized I was carb sensitive and started following a more low carb aproach and noticed good results at this time I had hit my high of 310lbs and didn't even know it till I stepped on a scale at the gym.
At that point I got back on a good eating plan and dropped down to 245lbs. From 2002 to 2007 I kept my weight between 240 and 260.
Since 2007 I have learened to maintain my weight around the 250 mark.
I started at the end of 2008 about 255 and have manged to get to the 230's and at this point this is the leanest I have ever been but it will not the leanest I will ever be.
I love every aspect from the workouts to trying different workouts to trying different eating plans and supplements. I love reading about nutrition, workouts and other people success stories. I enjoy talking to anyone who will listen about workingout and diets.
