I used to always hit the gym, but never was serious about it. Never had a planned routine, or had a healthy diet, so of course i never saw any results. I hated being scronny and skinny, so on January 2011 i got serious about it and started doing things right, with the help of my buddy.Since then i started seeing huge improvements, both in size and strength, and i want to continue to improve
Why I Love it
I love seeing results, makes me want to keep improving. Its turned into more than just a thing to do or a hobby, its now a way of life for me, i have to be at the gym at least 2 hours a day.
