i'm ready to start being a positive example for my kids. my husband is currently deployed(happily married!), and while over the course of the last 5 years have lost over 100 lbs, i still have a long way to go, and i want to be fit and healthy. i recently got a gym membership with my best friend and we go 5 days a week. ready for hard work and some awesome results. MOTIVATED!
Why I Love it
i love working out because it helps me feel better as a person... it helps me with my anxiety tremendously. i also feel like it makes me a better mother. i'm showing my kids by example how to lead healthy lives and i am able to be more than active with them. :) my kids are 7 and 2 and i want to be around as long as i can for them ;)
