I actually use to be relatively active back in middle and highschool. I was very involved in dance and that required a lot of regular workouts. After having my beautiful little girl in 2008 my body pretty much went to crap. I gained an insane amount of weight jumping from a size 7 to a size 18! I desperately want that skinny body back...at 22 I dont feel I should look like this! I want to get lean, get healthy, and have the endurance to keep up with my kiddo! I want a life change because weight has always been a struggle for me and I'm sick of struggling! I want a kick in the butt to get on the right track and stay there for life!
Working out is not my passion by any means but I'm really hoping to change that! I actually dont mind lifting weights and doing resistance training but cardio I absolutely loathe!!! That feeling you get like your lungs are bleeding...yeah I hate that! That's why its so important for me to find some king of cardio exercise that is fun so I'll be more likely to stick with it and not notice the bleeding lung effect!
