When I was deployed to Iraq in 04 I was 193lbs. I made it a goal to gain weight. I read alot, ate alot, lifted alot, and just learned alot about my body and what works and dont work. In just 9mths I my weight was 217lbs and I was around 7 percent body fat. Not bad for the hardgainer. Any how, Im a husband and a father of 4 young boys. So all the time I spent working on my body slowly went away because of my job and family time was taking up to much time. How ever I was able to stay at about 205lbs and I have never lost that. I just pulled out my TOTAL GYM 1100 and started doing a small workout. I know this will take time but I feel if I dont do this now I will be to old to start later. I want to live my life with no regrets. I will be tracking it on here, so wish my luck.
I have always be interested in the human body and how it grows. I guess my love for shaping the body came about when I was in my late teens/early twenties. I know alot about general fittness. I have always been active and I plan to stay that way. Fittness/bodybuilding is the foutain of youth. I know now that Im not going to be a mountain but I still want to be strong and healthy.
