My love for strength training started in high school. I was lucky enough to have an exception S&C Coach who demanded attention to form and effort. The knowledge I have accumulated started there and I will always be grateful. In 2014 I decided to take my love of fitness to the professional level by becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have been personal training since in addition to working in a law firm and going to law school. Being busy is no excuse. I love working out and helping others reach their goals; I cannot imagine fitness not being an essential part of my life.
There is nothing like pushing yourself and surpassing goals you have set for yourself. Strength is extremely personal. It is a combination of mind and body. I am always looking to improve in a variety of ways and learn from others. There is always something new to try, training never gets old for me and that keeps me excited and challenged.
