I went to Canada for a working holiday for 2 years and about a year leading up to that i basically stopped training. I did actually do a 3 month full time course to become a personal trainer, i was so motivated and loved life.... after a failed marriage and feeling sorry for myself i kinda gave up. I have struggled with my weight for as long as i can remember. Yes, i hate to say it but i was one of those yo yo dieters.......weight would go down and I'd feel great, then I'd let one of life's lessons (mistakes) get me down only to start back at square one. NOT THIS TIME!!! Go n get em!!!!
I love the way it makes me feel. Of course it's important to feel good about yourself and feel sexy. But for me, i love the energy i get from working out, and how i feel like i'm on top of the world. I feel like working out falls into other parts of your life too....i.e if i can do this killer work out and make it, i can do anything!
