I have been involved in sports since I was little. I began gymnastics at the age of 5 and was competing until I was 18. After high school I would run to stay in "shape". I began to lose a lot of weight, but it wasn't fat I was losing, it was muscle! I began adding weight lifting to my workouts and I will never go back to a "skinny fat" body again.
Why I Love it
I love the way it makes me look and feel. I love it when people come up to me and say "wow, you must workout!". I love that my hardwork shows.
