Being extremely over weight, my dad being a gym fan and training over 30 years said enough is enough and got me into training gym and into MMS (Kickboxing and BJJ). Started at 142KG being only 18 years old, no one thought i would be able to stick to this.
Every day i work hard for myself, for MY goals, for MY dreams, for MY body and more importantly MY health. I want this more then anything so ill give 1-2 hours of "pain" or uncomfortable feeling and disbelief in myself to get all rewards of great health.
Why I Love it
You cannot beat that feeling of a being satisfied when you reach your goal and target, then setting a new one and continuing to be hungry. Each time you train and do it properly, gets you 1 step closer. When you see results, its awesome. When you walk out of the gym and feel good about yourself, best feeling.
