Started working out through sports in high school. Continued through my time in the military. Now I do it for my job and to stay healthy.
Why I Love it
I love working out because it allows me to de-stress and not think about anything but the next rep, the next set, and the next exercise. Seeing my friends on here really helps with the motivation factor. It's great to be part of a group of people with the same mind set and goals. Whether you workout because you want to compete one day, or get in the best shape of your life, we're all in this together even if our goals are different.
