I didn't like how I looked and I needed to do something about it... I was tired of making excuses and starting/stopping new workouts, diets.... eventually I found Paleo and CrossFit.

Why Do I Love CrossFit? I love living a healthier lifestyle - Physically and Mentally. It's my outlet. It gives me something to look forward to Every Single Day. I'm addicted, driven, better, faster, stronger, happier, healthier.... I love the competition and workouts. The people that are a part of this community are amazing! There's something about surrounding yourself with these like-minded individuals that makes you just love life! It's out of this world... I love CrossFit.
