I started working out at 18 years old when I got a gym memebrship by being in an all girl singing group. My 1st day, I was hooked, eating 6 times a day and training 2 times a day. Traveling and recording for the next 5 years gave me an all or nothing approach to working out. When I decided to compete in 2003 and won my 1st show, I was hooked on the combination of fitness and the stage..my 2 passions. Fitness became a lifestyle, not just a workout, and I've been working to accomplish my goals and set new goals to accomplish ever since.
