Riding my bike to work 4 miles to and 4 miles back everyday. I know its not lifting but thats how I got started in "fitness"
Why I Love it
The overall uniqueness I feel just because I do it and so many dont. The looks I get. I have sort of an infectious workout bug that goes around..Im sure some of you have had that...people say "man I gotta get back to the gym, I havent gone in such a long time. Oh lee what kinda stuff do you do at the gym, I could use your help." Makes me feel good that I can at least put the thought in peoples haeds
