After being a failed basketball athlete in high school I decided to start running on my own. At first it was painful and terrible, and then I found myself. Soon after I became a yoga instructor in 2011 and a personal trainer in 2012. I next had a baby and got fat. I've made it back to my pre-baby weight but I look terrible. I have way too much fat and not enough muscle tone. My legs are shrimpy sticks and my belly has a muffin top. I'm ready to change that. I'm ready to transform!
It feels like every other year I submit my photos to compete in the #250kchallenge and every year I quit the challenge after a week or two. I look the same year after year, because I don't change anything. This year #2018 I am ready to change that and see my body through to it's full potential! I love working out because it gives me a sense of independence and freedom when I can be strong enough to do a pushup, or a pull up. I feel limitless. I am ready to stay the course on this year's #250kchallenge to see my best body yet!
