I had always loved my sports and physical activity. At the age of 7 I played on a baseball team and by the time I hit middle school I began going to the gym with my parents. While attending that gym, I did Zumba classes and I did dodgeball. Unfortunately that gym went out of business and I got bummed out. Luckily later in high school I had a mandatory health class that was also a PE class. Off to the side as another class, I did weight lifting. I absolutely loved it. After graduating high school I sadly began getting lazy after finding a job and beginning college. Because of the laziness and lack of momentum to want to workout, I have gained a bit of weight and I now want it to go away. I know there isn't a magic wand to make the fat disappear so it's about time I get up off my ass and do something about it.
When you finally tell yourself to get up and workout, you find out in the end that it was not only fun, but it is also a stress reliever. It makes you feel accomplished and it automatically makes you feel like you can conquer the world.
