I've been going to my school's weight room since last year, but only to burn calories - when I tried to get some muscles, I largely failed at it. After some lengthy talks with the weight room's supervisor, I decided to get started in improving my body, firstly through P90X (which he did with great success) so to shred fat, get some muscles all around the body and get used to working out to my limits, then as I'm done with that, I will find an ideal gym routine so to truly excel.
Why I Love it
That burn you get when your muscles are reaching their limits... it feels so good! Also, improving my performance and physique is great, too.
