Well, here I am again in 2016. I'm the guy that always wants to be in shape and never truly quits but I have a very difficult time staying motivated and sticking with it over the long haul. It seems like every time I doing well something comes up that de-rails me from staying consistent in the gym. In a year and a half I will turn 50. My goal is to be in the best shape I've ever been in and make it a life style change. In my previous transformation, the people on bodyspace have helped to keep me motivated and make some incredible progress. Althought I weigh more than I ever have, I know that I can make the changes to stop the cycle. I look forward to making progress again with the goal of keeping the changes for life this time around. I was doing well and had lost 15 pounds and down to 199.8 until in Oct I had an inguinal hernia that started giving me problems which led to surgery in mid November 2015. I've finally healed and plan to start my transformation January 11th, 2016. Thanks to everyone for always being so supportive and willing to help out our brother along the journey. WE CAN DO THIS!
