Like those funny shirts say, I have the body of a god, and it's Buddha. Well sadly that was what it became in my life. In high school I ran Cross Country so I was skinny as hell. In college I still ran, but did other sports like Crew, Water Polo and some Cycling/half marathons. But once I graduated, my fitness regiment went downhill. I had 2 part retail jobs, so the hours were bad and the stress was high. I wasn't sleeping enough, eating right, and was doing nada for exercise other than rushing to and from work. Finally it hit me that I was out of shape and 'skinny-fat'. I discovered all of this when I couldn't go up 4 flights of stairs without being totally winded and I had started carrying some extra weight around my gut and hips. Now I am working out, eating healthy and taking supplements/protein shakes, and getting the right amount of sleep. Soon I hope to truly have the body of a god, and it will be Zeus!
