I was interested in bodybuilding in high school. I used to read Muscle & Fitness magazine all the time. I ventured away from my dream for many years. About 6 years ago, I started going with some teacher friends of mine to the YMCA gym and it was all uphill from there. I met my husband Sam, who is my very own personal trainer and motivator!

I love working out because it makes me feel great! I loved how weight training and eating clean transformed my body and I continue to strive to be the best I can be. I competed in my first national NPC show at Team Universe on July 5, 2013 as a figure competitor. I competed again in August at the North American Championships in Pittsburgh where I earned 1st place in the Open Class A and earned my PRO CARD!!! YOU WILL BE SEEING ME ONSTAGE THIS 2014 YEAR AS AN IFBB PRO PHYSIQUE COMPETITOR!
