- I got started bodybuilding when i was 16 so bout 9 months ago
- I started because i was playing hockey before and i was playing AA which is fairly competitive and i worked out quite a bit (not bodybuilding) but i worked out to get better at hockey so a lot of cardio and plyometrics, than I ended up giving up hockey because I was very impressed by my physique and I wanted to focus on bodybuilding. I than started reading a lot of articles and information especially on this site here and i just started becoming more and more into bodybuilding as time went.... than i started coming up with my own workout routines and than taking everything to the next level, to where I am today.
-I love bodybuilding because of what it has to offer:
- improved confidence
- discipline
- the ladies ;)
- healthy lifestyle
- going to the beach
- hardly ever getting sick!!
- people being amused by your physique
- people asking you for advice
- the pump you get after a workout
- being able to be on bodybuilding.com
- the challenge of competing
- being stronger than the average person
that's just a few things bodybuilding has to offer, convincing enough?
