I used to be extremely fit. Once my wife and I had children I started gaining weight. I went back to college and earned a degree in Computer Science, which helped me land a good systems administration job. The only real downside to all of this is that I spend entire shifts sitting at my desk. This sedentary lifestyle has enabled me to add body fat with the greatest of ease.

I am tired of my pot belly and want to get back to my old self.

I like seeing my muscles puff up after a good pump. I joke with my wife that I'm still super fit, it's just hidden under all of this fat.
