I've always been active, but after talking to one of my colleagues about bodybuilding, I became so intrigued I knew I had to give it a try. I am not trying to go all muscle bound, but I do like the looks of a well defined body. I'm on my way, and I can honestly say it's become an addiction.
Why I Love it
I love the way I feel after working out. I run three days a week and lift five. I get up between 4-4:30 a.m. every morning and start my day on the right foot. I share this passion with my son so it gives us something to talk about. We enjoy talking about our progress and the milestones we reach. I've been actively working out since 2009.
