I'm no bodybuilder. I am a diabetic and do fitness/cardio for general health. I have so much respect for the sport though. I only wish I could attain the levels of you guys. After a really bad car accident, and maybe a total of a dozen operations, I work out about 3 days a week. This is often modified for foot/shoulder limitations constantly. Very frustrating. Look at least normal now and try to keep improving.
Why I Love it
Following a work out, my blood sugar is great (and I feel less guilty about those numbers that I usually have to keep down with the medicines).
