I started to get back into shape 4 yrs ago. I weighed 189 lbs and I could rest a coffee cup on the top of my stomach while standing up. It was time I took my life back!!
Why I Love it
I am not that interested in looking like a body builder. I see myself as a very fit 50yr old and am happy with my progress. I can no longer rest a coffee cup on top of my stomach...lol...that was a goal of mine. I have bad knees, shoulders, back, and elbows. Yet I am still able to find a way to workout, walk, my idea of swimming...lol..biking, eating better just to stay healthy. It's not hard if you let go of your excuses. No time? Get up earlier. Can't afford to go to the gym? I don't, I workout at home! Besides, most gyms only charge $10 a month these days...so that is out too. You give me a reason to not workout and I will show you that you just don't want to...not that you don't care, cause you might. The real reason is because you choose not to. You can not complain about your health if you do not want to put in the effort to be healthier. It truly is a way of LIFE, as long as you like living...lol
