I got started working out because I grew up playing sports. I started lifting weights some time in junior high school I believe and then when I played football in highschool we had the weight training program. It wasn't until my mid 20's I fell in love with bodybuilding. Then it was not until this year 2017 that I competed in my first bodybuilding show. I am addicted. This is my passion and I can't imagine ever stopping

The rush.... The fulfillment of achieving a goal or beating a pr... Having something to work forward to. Setting goals and being healthy. These are all things I love about this sport
