Originally started when I was in 8th grade, walking over to the high school gym and trying to think I was working out. I continued to work out throughout the years and learned as I went. I was on and off, never really pushing myself 100% until I met my friend Dom. He showed me that lifting is more mental than anything else and after going through a few hard times and having my friend to help me turn to fitness, I began seriously lifting around 2010.
Why I Love it
It improves your physical appearance, keeps you healthy from long-term illnesses and smaller cold like illnesses. Working out also disciplines you and helps you clear your mind when you are stressed out. It is positive in numerous ways and of coarse, every dollar you invest in your fitness, nutrition and health, will preserve your body and age for the long hall.
