My Father showed me this site. Told me to watch some body by science videos, But I didn't really want to start with muscles so early. First I wanted to lose some weight and then I would work on my muscles!
I've done Softball for my four years of high school. So I've been fit for a while, but not as fit as I wanted to be. Also I've been taking TaeKwonDo for four years and practically to this day. One more year till my Black Belt! Sadly like I've said before, I've never really felt as fit as people thought I was. So... I'm hoping that this site and its programs can help me achieve what I've been wanting all these years!!!!
