I've always been involved in sports throughout high school and ran track for USU. I've also always been amazed by the body and how it adapts and works. So I got my NASM CPT in 2011 and have never looked back, I realized fitness was my passion during this time. . I just had my 2nd baby and am ready to kick back into shape!
Why I Love it
Because I love my body! I think it is one of the most prized things I will ever own and I want to push it to the limit and see my potential! I want to learn to work with it, learn about it and shape it :) I want to be healthy and fit not just now in my twenties, I want to be that 60 year old woman that is ripped. Working out is also such a release for me. It makes me feel strong and empowered, like I can take on anything.
