In my 20's I was a trainer at a gym in Winnipeg. Not sure why I stopped, but I got back into working out got my Fitness Trainer certificate, and used to train diligently 10 years ago in a small town, in an old school type gym. Eventually they closed leaving us without a gym to train. Among other things the gym took the back seat. Circumstances changed a year ago once again, and I find myself back to training again. I missed it, and love the feeling when I come out of the gym, just fully pumped, excited, and ready to tackle the day.

The personal accomplishments and achieving the goals I set for myself . Feel stronger mentally, and physically. Carry yourself differently, happier, healthier, and full of confidence.
