I was raised with weight equipment in the home. My dad was not a heavy lifter, but he did lift regularly. He was always doing some form of exercise. From the age of about 7, I have always been into jogging. I started lifting weights in my teenage years. Having several great mentors, I learned the proper combination of exercise and nutrition. I probably should have persued health coach, because I hate to see people suffering, and generally this is linked to poor diet and exercise. I am on here to be inspired, to be around like-minded folks. We have one body, and one life and I am grateful for every day!

I love weights because I am not the most patient person and you can feel instant gratification from weight lifting. Aaaand I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to endorphins <3 I'm not so much on looks, I love the way exercise feels!!!
