I played football and wrestled throughout high school and that kept me really lean and muscular. After a lower back injury in the Army and 4years of eating fast food through college, I was tired of the way I looked. I didnt realize how bad off I was until I looked back at high school pictures of myself. May 17, 2011 was the day that I committed to myself that I would get back in shape and not stop this time after a couple of months. Well, I didn't think I would take it this far but as I progressed, I set higher and higher goals. Here I am today still pushing to be better than I was yesterday.
Growing up, I would always read the bodybuilding magazines when my parents would be grocery shopping. Back then I didn't know what it took to be successful in fitness/bodybuilding. It really is a lifestyle. Not made for everyone, but is something I truly love to do.
