I became good friends with an ifbb pro that won a range of events in 2005, 2006, 2007 (Tournament of Champions, The OC Classic, Pro Grand Prix Los Angeles, etc...). He was on his way to bigger and better things, but his career was cut short due to a sever meniscus and ACL injury that required multiple surgeries.
He took me under his wing January 2011 and trained me 5 days a week for a solid 6 months. His knowledge, passion, and motivation for bodybuilding is what gave me the drive to succeed and alter my life and physiology in a way that I never knew possible.
