I started working out just as a hobby but soon realized it was gonna be apart of me for the rest of my life because I absolutely fell in love with being at the gym and just making a better me. Ive been working out on and off since 2008 because of sports related injuries and such but I have put some sports to rest because I got tired of starting over with my progress.
Why I Love it
I love working out because I love setting new goals and pushing myself to new heights and levels. The feeling of achieving something so healthy and positive just puts me in the best moods.
