Though I took weight training classes in college I only got serious with my workouts in late 2013, and it was life changing. The keys for it to become a part of me was to have a good gym, good music, and a good plan. As for the plan that part didn't come together until I discovered BodySpace. Now I go in with a plan and I execute it.

Initially I was looking to improve my appearance especially on stage fronting my rock band. Well, I've definitely improved my appearance, but it has now become an integral part of my identity, of who I AM. My vision for my future involves feeling good and enjoying my music, friends, family, and activities that make me happy for as long as I can. Being in great shape and in good health is fundamental to all of that. So, yeah.
