When I was little I was the skinny kid in my family probably the skinniest one, my brother/cousins always called me skinny etc. I didn't know anything about bodybuilding not a single bit, me and my friends went to a youth club and started training there twice a week not alot, but we weren't allowed to come anymore than that.
- So when my and friends and I reached the age 15 we started working out, in a gym we went there twice a week aswell but we did full body workout, we still had no clue about dieting, exercises. etc. So aproximately some months into the training, I broke my leg during a soccer game, HORRIBELY! wasn't able to train for 7 months. I lost all my gains every single bit, but my friends still worked out. When I finally got out of the hospital, I started training again with no serious diet... So when I reached the age 16 I started taking my diet even more serious now, I'm 17 now, 86kg at 14% bodyfat, and I'm still gaining.
