I have been a professional at losing weight over the last 13 years but I have been a hack at keeping the weight off. I lost 65 pounds in 4 months in 2003 and put even more back on after going through a divorce. 2005 I lost 40 pounds only to put even more back on and you see the yo yo pattern. I weighted 340 pounds at my 40th birthday and I saw pictures and I couldnt stand to look at myself. I lost 40 pounds between September 2014 and April 2015. Of course I had a terrible diet and habits to lose the weight and I put back 30 of the 40 I lot by October 2015. My dad introduced me to lifting at 13 years old and I never took it seriously. I started lifting serious in 2015. In January 2016 I started taking diet and exercise seriously. My goal is to build a body that makes me happy and build healthy habits that keep me in the gym on a regular basis the rest of my life. This is my last major weight loss event as I accepting slower weight loss results but building better eating habits and consistent exercise programs. My plan is to fully sustain the fat loss and continue to grow muscle.
