I originally started on a better diet after my case of pancreatitis back in Oct. 2007. I did not start fully getting into a better workout routine until I joined up with Bodybuilding.com. The first few years were a little difficult, but I finally got with a trainer this year and re-focused my efforts on muscle development. Ever since then I have been seeing significant improvement in my energy, strength, and conditioning.
Why I Love it
I love doing the workouts now, because I can really see a difference now. The biggest problem anyone has starting out is that they expect or want to see results immediately, but it does not happen that way. It takes longer, but everyone has to start somewhere and once you start to see the results, you simply cannot stop!
