I first started working out when I was twelve. I was very underweight and weak, maybe not for twelve year old standards but I was insecure at the time. I was very serious about it for the first three months even though I hardly knew what I was doing. Working out was very on and off with a span of months in between, and this pretty much makes it neglectful. At the start of 2018 is when I started taking bodybuilding and nutrition seriously since I was getting in shape for football training in the summer. This is where my basis started and is where I built myself up to this day and still building. I barley tuned fifteen and already seen massive improvements since when I started.
Why I Love it
I love working out and bodybuilding since it allows me an outlet for energy and focus, and allows me to day by day reach my potential. Even though this sounds cheesy this is the reason why I love them.
