All started,playing basquetball,and working everyday at home. I played at my hometown university, Then i started seeing, changes on my body, Then people asked if i workedout or and i said yes, just at home,doing push ups, abs, farmer steps, calves rising,(i did that with a brick hanging from my ankles). then years later i started in a small gym, but i wanted more, THEN ALL CHANGED, WHEN FINALLY DECIDED, TAKE THIS as .. PART OF MY LIFE.... EVERYDAY.. Now Im a Certified Personal Trainer, on musculation and gym, and some speciallity on nutrition... and i work as a trainer at Bodyfitness Gym at my City IG : othon_thompson
