Going into my Sophomore year I wanted to be better at football. In my school I was known as one of the athletes and one of the best football players, if not THE best. I wanted to take how good I was and see how good I could BECOME.
I researched about dieting, workout programs, speed training, supplementing, everything you could imagine about working out because I was dedicated.
Once football training started in January 2009 for my upcoming Sophomore year, I had put all that knowledge on full-throttle and I made major changes and they were significantly noticable.
I took my Junior year of football off due to personal issues and decided to look more into Joe DeFranco and Mark Rippetoe's philosophies of training for athletics and focused my workout programs around Rippetoe's 5x5 and a hint of DeFranco's programs and it ended up in me becoming the MVP of my 8-2 high school football team.
Working out, dieting, fitness in general has grown on me and it is no longer a chore, it is my life style.
I have experimented with the EC-Stack and Dieting around that and I am currently jumping into the Ketogenesis world. I'm dieting and exercising around a Cyclinical Ketogenesis system.
