Began intense weight lifting with Body Beast from Team Beach Body. Have always worked out with weights at Fitness 19 Gym. Due to distance and time I took on other workout routines to train at home. I also study the martial arts in Tae Kwon Do 4 to 6 days of the week. Been keeping a study routine pace with the Body Beast weight training videos. Also apply on P90X and other related videos to work on cardio and resistant workouts and ab exercises.
I have been looking for a cross-training routine to supplement my workouts while training in Tae Kwon Do. Needed to change my workouts and prepare for future belt exams for next grade black belt level. I have helped me to train my body intensely to a level I never experienced until I have invested my time in Team Beach Body accounts. It has not shaped my mind and my health, my body my sense of direction to stay fit and stay strong. I have always worked out but never had a full plan on how to keep my routine moving.
I always went to the gym two or three times of the week when time allowed or at least on the weekends. Sometimes would do simple workouts, sit sups/crunches, pushups, pull ups, and resistant band workouts to train the biceps and triceps. But never as I have learned from these professional video workouts. Now it has taught me to be educated about my health, how to train my body, and to learn new ideas and modify workouts I never thought of before. It has helped me to tone and shape my body I never thought possible. Looking forward to starting the goal of being a professional trainer to apply my skills in martial arts.
