I was gross. I could grab a wad of fat roll when I bent over and I had dimples on my legs when I sat down with shorts on. Plus I was "just skinny" and that doesnt look good after 30....it translates into saggy butt and wussy arms with a jiggle. I tried the anorexia thing and it just made my ass lower and my hip bones stick out.
Why I Love it
UPDATE: It keeps me young :) Endorphins and the way guys get out of my way when I purposely sit near them.......I guess its empowering to be physically strong
