I've always been a fitness fanatic throughtout my younger years, but lost the motivation in early 20s, I realised cardio wasn't doing me much favours by just keeping me like a washboard so I gave up my track running and badminton and this yeaf decided to pick up the weights instead #bootygains haha.

I was always very into my cardio and calorie deficits believing if I ate little and worked out enough I could change my body shape and get bigger in certain areas thriugh this....HA since lifting i've finally gained myself a minibooty, my strength is at least tripled and i'm finding love in crazy foods I never thought my fussy face would get away with! Lifting has changed my life, and I will continue training forever, especially after I have hit my goals, the maintenancewill be hard work to keep weight in my skinny ass!
