As I grew up Ive always struggled to gain weight, i was always seen/bullied as a 'lanky' guy (Tall and skinny) (I'm about 6 foot 2 inches) I've always have general problems like back aches, and joint sores especially during my teen ages.

During my training, I've always seen a difference, however.. as soon as i become ill or get off my training even very slightly i loose weight, at the most worst, I've gained 1 stone in 2 months and lost it in the space of 2 weeks

It makes me feel good about myself and makes me feel that I'm making a change and a difference with myself. i always thrive in increasing weights and reps and even time in cardio (of course strategically to avoid injuries)
