My love for fitness is not just about physical appearance. For me, fitness is my confidence booster, my âmeâ time, my recharge, my therapy, my mood enhancer. Workouts canât take away problems or lifeâs curve balls I might be going through, but they sure do help relieve stress, clear my mind, and get me in a better mood. And thatâs good enough for me.
What motivates me to live a healthy lifestyle and stay consistent with my workouts is how it makes me feel. When I feel good physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, I do great in all aspects of my life. But what is most important and close to my heart, is that I have inspired and motivated others to live a healthy lifestyle or begin their own fitness journey. Knowing many people turn to me to motivate them, helps me stay on track. And that is huge motivation for me to keep going strong.
