I started to train with Nautilus when I was 18. I combined that with swimming and aerobics, but I never really liked group training. After I was 25 I didn't do much of training for the next ten years, gained weight, got divorced, lost the weight, started off with training again, had my ups and downs but I really like the weights.
Why I Love it
It makes me feel good. When I'm at the gym I'm the Queen of ****ing Everything! I keep track of my training with the Bodyspace app and I feel good whenever I increase my weights.
