I began browsing /fit/ on 4chan when I was around 15 or 16, and I began lifting shortly thereafter, but I always had a huge case of fuckarounditis, and I didn't begin to end my wildly successful 23 year bulk until August of 2017.
I played WoW for a good 8-10 years, before I quit in 2013 when I started going to college, but I just replaced it with another gaming addiction, whatever helped me escape the real world, y'know? I ballooned in weight, I was close to 400 lbs at one time, but I don't know where I ended. I know I was above 330 lbs by a good chunk, as a year passed between our scale reading 'ERR' when I stepped on it, to me actually beginning to lose weight. I started losing in August of 2017, and in April of 2018, I was down to 315 lbs, and since then I've come down to 268 lbs in August of 2018.
It makes me feel so fucking good. I feel athletic doing weightlifting. When I was a kid, I loved running, moving my body, exercising in general, feeling like an athlete - I always wanted to be a pro athlete, and getting to feel the same feeling when I'm doing weightlifting is fucking fantastic. Plus, the weight loss is great, too.
